Eligibility criteria
Ready to get started?
To better support you, we are looking for projects and teams that meet the following criteria:
Your organization (corporation, cooperative, non-profit, etc.) is in the commercialization or growth phase.
Your business must have its head office anywhere in Quebec.
You want to integrate or strengthen circularity in your business model.
Projects in the following sectors will be prioritized for this program: textiles, plastics, construction, renovation and demolition, and bio-food.
You are developing an entrepreneurial project with strong potential for environmental or social impact and community transformation.
You are available and ready to commit to an intensive coaching program (several hours per week), and your founding team is dedicated to the business on a full-time basis (at least 35 hours per week).
Your solution is innovative and has the potential for systemic impact in its sector/industry.

Who is the program for?
Mouvement circulaire is designed for Quebec-based organizations in the commercialization or growth phase that are looking to integrate, strengthen, or scale their circular economy initiatives.
The program supports:
- SMEs looking to improve productivity, diversify their activities, or expand into new markets;
- Startups aiming to commercialize or scale a circular solution;
- Cooperatives seeking to strengthen their business model and impact;
- Non-profit organizations developing initiatives with strong environmental, social, or systemic impact potential.
Which sectors of activity are targeted?
We are particularly looking for innovations in the following sectors and areas:
Textiles
Plastics
Construction, renovation and demolition
Organic food
Even if your organization does not operate in one of the priority sectors, you can still apply, especially if your project has strong potential for environmental impact and circularity.
I am an established company and would like to develop a new circular economy solution. Am I eligible?
Yes, in a context where resources have already been deployed within your company to market this solution.
I have already participated in Transformation. Am I eligible for Mouvement Circulaire?
Yes! Even if you have already participated in Transformation, you can still express your interest in Mouvement circulaire.
How much time should I devote to the program?
Personalized coaching requires an average of 3 to 6 hours per month over 6 to 12 months. In addition, optional 8-hour learning modules (over two days) are available.
Are the activities held online or in person?
The program can be completed entirely online, with the exception of an impact strategy workshop. This half-day workshop is held in person at our offices twice a year.
What is the application deadline?
We are accepting applications until May 31, 2027.
How does the selection process work?
The selection process consists of three steps:
- Complete the qualification form;
- Participate in a 30-minute virtual exploratory call;
- Participate in a 50-minute virtual selection interview.
Before the selection interview, we will ask you to submit two documents:
- Your financial projections covering at least 12 months, showing your monthly cash flow;
- Your most recent pitch deck or business plan.
How long does it take to receive a response?
You can expect a response within approximately five business days after submitting your application through our online form.
How much does it cost?
Participation in the program involves a flat fee of $750 plus tax, as well as an additional cost of $37.50/hour plus tax, corresponding to 15% of the value of the coaching hours.
