Participation in the program involves a flat fee of $750 plus tax, as well as an additional cost of $37.50/hour plus tax, corresponding to 15% of the value of the coaching hours.
Personalized coaching requires an average of 3 to 6 hours per month over 6 to 12 months. In addition, optional 8-hour learning modules (over two days) are available.
