What we offer
Customized support
The Transformation program is made up of two parts, offering fully customized support to organizations selected for their high potential for impact and transformation.
Transition Module
Up to 150 hours of coaching per company
Offered to 7 to 9 impact companies per year
This program offers you a personalized support plan to work on several challenges with several coaches or experts according to your needs.
Resolution Module
From 20 to 70 hours per company
Offered to 10 to 13 impact companies per year
This program targets 1 specific market penetration issue (e.g. financing, marketing, strategic partnerships).
With these two components you will benefit from:
Personalized coaching
By participating in the program, organizations receive up to 400 hours of personalized coaching by the Esplanade team, impact leaders and business coaches to accelerate the operationalization of their growth plan.
International visibility
Organizations are supported in their strategy to access new markets, thanks to l'Esplanade's network of international partners.
Easier access to impact finance networks
Organizations are supported in developing their financing strategy to find the right levers to support their growth.
Modules
Systems transformation
Organizations in the Transformation program have access to modules to help them align their growth strategy with their impact strategy.
In both areas, some twenty organizations take part in up to 30 hours of group workshops and coaching, in addition to their individual support. These modules are delivered by experts in system change, change theory, impact measurement, strategic planning, storytelling and organizational leadership.

Eligibility criteria
Ready to scale up ?
To better support you, we are looking for projects and teams that meet the following criteria:
You are developing an entrepreneurial project with a business model that has strong potential for environmental or social impact and community transformation.
Your company is at an opportune stage of maturity, i.e. it has demonstrated sales traction and is facing growth/scaling-up challenges.
Your project has strong growth potential and a large addressable market.
You are available, ready to commit to intensive coaching (several hours a week) and your founding team is dedicated full-time to the company (at least 35 hours a week).
Your solution is innovative and has the potential to have a systemic impact in its sector/industry.
