Spread over 6 months, the Acceleration Program was designed to offer personalized support according to an organization’s growth objectives and sector of activity.
Bootcamp
Two intensive days in a creative setting to bring teams together, meet stakeholders and address key issues.
Theme-based workshops
10 half-day workshops delivered by experts in strategy, marketing, financing, impact measurement, human resources, etc.
Tailored coaching
An advanced coaching dynamic: 1 to 2 coaches who are specialized in your sector of activity are assigned to each team, as well as experts according to your needs.
Community
A work area in the collaborative space, networking and connecting with Esplanade's vibrant community.
Networking and events
Multiple opportunities to present your project in front of coaches, experts, peers and impact investors, in a dynamic and constructive environment to support your development.
Eligibility criteria
Ready to get started?
To better support you, we are looking for projects and teams that meet the following criteria:
You are developing an entrepreneurial project with high potential for community impact and transformation
You already have a validated proof of concept or a proven model that is ready for scale-up
You are available and willing to commit to a peer coaching and collaboration program (coaching fees for this program are $750)
Your project is aligned with social innovation (special attention will be given to projects in the following areas: circular economy, sustainable mobility, green energy, recycling, GHG reduction, etc.)
All legal structures (NPO, Co-op, Inc.) are invited to apply
